At Spici Sculpt, we focus on creating a warm, welcoming space to facilitate movement that makes us feel good. Pilates is a challenge for both the body and the mind, but we believe there should be lots of giggles and smiles along the way!
Meet your instuctor
Alex started practicing pilates in a search of a form of movement she enjoyed. Pilates was the first modality where she felt complete presence, the mind body connection she experienced through pilates inspired Alex to complete her Mat and Reformer Pilates Certification with Breathe Education, and she has taught in studios across Perth since.
Alex is passionate about curating classes where mindfulness meets movement in a nurturing yet challenging atmosphere. You can expect giggles, silly jokes, “keep going”, and a spicy burn from Alex’s classes.

For indoor or studio classes, bring a mat, water and wear some comfy activewear!
For beach pop up classes, if you’d like to have a dip, bring a towel and bathers!
Some beach locations won’t have changing rooms, so we recommend wearing your bathers under activewear to keep things easy!

Of course! We always love to introduce our favourite thing (Pilates) to people!
Spici Sculpt classes will have lots of layers to choose from and options will be offered during the class to make exercises more or less challenging, making them perfect for all levels.
Additionally, taking rests and breaks when you need at any point during class is highly encouraged, we want you to feel empowered to choose what works for you!
We recommend coming to class 10 minutes early to introduce yourself and let us know that you’re new to pilates so we can welcome you!
