Terms and Conditions - Spici Sculpt Pilates

1. Liability Waiver

By participating in any class provided by Spici Sculpt Pilates, you consent to, and agree to release the Company and their Nominee/s from all liability according to these terms. This waiver will apply to all classes and any activities undertaken by you.

2. Booking and Payments

Clients must book sessions in advance through our booking system, our partners booking system, or by contacting us directly. 

Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the session.

3. Cancellation / Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 

The class will be forfeited if cancelled within 10 hours unless this is overturned at Spici Sculpt’s sole discretion. 

Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee. 

You will provide the Company with as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend a Class.

4. Injuries and Health Conditions

Clients must inform verbally to the instructor prior to each class commencing, any pre-existing conditions that may place you at a higher risk of injury or inhibit your ability to participate in a class, this includes, but is not limited to injuries, pain or recent surgeries, pregnancies, heart conditions and any other condition that may be of concern. 

We reserve the right to refuse service if participating would endanger the client's health or safety. 

Clients participate in sessions at their own risk and are responsible for any injuries that may occur.

5. Business Requirements

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled sessions. 

Proper attire, such as comfortable workout clothing and non-slip socks, must be worn during sessions. 

Clients must follow instructor guidelines and refrain from disruptive behaviour during sessions. 

Clients attending are fully responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings while attending Spici Sculpt’s pilates classes. Spici Sculpt will not be responsible for any lost or stolen property.

6. Privacy Policy

Client information, including personal and health data, will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing Pilates services. 

I consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media taken during Pilates sessions for promotional or instructional purposes by Spici Sculpt, unless I specify otherwise in writing. 

I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Spici Sculpt Pilates or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes. 

By booking a session with us, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please contact us if you have any questions or require further clarification.
